It comes with a CD, on which Major Cairns has recorded 60 Audio Examples of movements, correct/incorrect sounds, exercises, rhythms, etc. , on the Practice Chanter. As in the "How To" Manual for Light Music, Archie has devised "neumonics" for some of the rhythms and movements found in piobaireachd.
