Standard Leather Plain Finished Waist Belt This machine-finished leather belt, made in UK, is perfect with my new stb Scottish Thistle Buckle. It is just the right thickness to flexibly bend and still look solid and substantial. The belt is still flexible where the leather is doubled up to adjust to my size. My old belt took years to break in, but the Standard Leather Plain Finished Waist Belt was ready to wear, right out of the box. An added feature of this belt is a long velcro strip that makes this belt fit perfectly. I am really happy with this product.

A:
You would measure your waist at the belly button. Don't allow any slack in the measurement.

I am looking at Belt 1.00 (smooth adjustable) 1. is the measurement of this belt include a buckle? My band member has a 41.5 inch measurement over her kilt and a 46 measurement over her doublet (and kilt) which size would best fit her.
