Your new set of Bagpipes are guaranteed for a period of Five
years from the date of purchase, provided proof of purchase is available
or, alternatively, Five years from the date of manufacture stamped on
the bass mid joint pin. All mounts are threaded on.

My experience with these pipes, and Piper's Hut in general has been phenomenal. The pipes themselves are a top quality product: lines and finish are clean, tone is amazing. An heirloom product worth every dollar. The difference in tonal quality due to the unique design of the Macrae's tenors is worth the very minimal upgrade in price from the standard McCallum's. As for the Piper's Hut, I had a tremendous customer service experience. Each time I phoned, my questions were answered well. The pipes were shipped quickly and well packed. They came with the joints fully and properly hemped: truly ready to play. Piper's Hut is definitely my go to for piping equipment from here on. I could not be more happy, and two months on, the pipes sound fantastic. Thank you!
