Replacement rubber flabber valve
The rubber flap is on a crimped tab that prevents slipping after the valve is hemped in.

Rubber flapper valve
Material that flapper part of valve is made of appears to be a less durable material than the red rubber vavles I am used to. So far, the valve works just fine. I am hoping that the new valve lasts just as long.

Q:
I am not sure it the problem is on your end or mine, but I cannot see the picture of this item. Is this the flapper valve with the copper side tab (sorry, not sure what it is called)? This is the price I paid for the last one, but I want to be sure before ordering it.

Yes, I am very sorry but we are having some issues with the Images on the new site...not all of them transferred. We are going to fix this but it may take a little time. Yes, it is the exact same item that was available on the previous shopping cart. Please accept my apology for this.
