R.G. Hardie Practice Chanter Case

I bought this case to protect my beautiful new Maverick Practice Chanter. The combo of pockets and elastic bands do a wonderful job holding the chanter in place when not in use. There's a nifty little pouch for the PC reed along with a medium size zipper pouch for small supplies and a larger zipper pouch capable of holding music books or sheet music. The overall capacity of the folder is great, as I can also carry my Peterson StroboTuner in it with no problems.

I'm very pleased with this case. It feels substantial and looks well-constructed. It's just big enough to hold a long practice chanter, and it does accommodate a chanter with a sole (at least the R. G. Hardie model PRC09P, which has a sole just under 2" in diameter). You do need to remove the reed before storing the chanter in the case. The larger interior pocket accommodates US letter-size paper. Closed, the case measures about 11" x 16" x 2 1/2". Also, thanks to Jon for the great customer service!
