Q:
For ETY plug ear protection, how do you size these? I am a woman...regular or large? Thank you

A:
Typically I would advise that if you wear Ear Bud Headphones and don't change the tip to a larger one, then I would go with a medium. If you change the tips out for the larger size then I would go with the larger ear plugs.
