Chesney Warnock Solo Chanter Reed

The reeds are very well made with a minimum of break in required. They scale very true in the McCallum Gold and Hardie Infinity chanters. This has become my go to chanter reed for gig and solo playing.

Works very well in my late 90's Naill chanter, very little tape is required. As stated in a previous review, these reeds require minimal amount of time to break in, and warm up.

So far super impressed! Had a quick call with John to confirm what reed would suit best for my vintage set of Lawrie's with Warnock chanter. Then ordered a strength mix of these Chesney Warnock Solo reeds. A Very true sound all through the scale - no tape needed yet! Stable and perfect match! Would recommend.
